ROUGH CUT (aka Dal y Mellt)

SEASON 1

Bad luck follows our hero CARBO (26) like a bad penny and being apprehended by the likes of MICI FINN and LES MOORE doesn’t help. GRONW, the old farmer, has asked them to find Carbo, not just because he’s an excellent mechanic, he’s also a first-class lock picker. 

Life is about to test Carbo in ways he could never have imagined. And we follow Carbo’s trials and tribulations as he weaves his way in and out of the lives of the other characters, hell-bent on his own survival as he finds himself an unwitting part of a huge diamond heist.   

SEASON 2

Having successfully carried out the diamond heist we find our gang in a good place… until they discover that Jiffy has done a runner with the money. They are all devastated that a trusted friend has conned them out of £500k – nobody more than Dafydd Aldo. Not only has he lost a lot of money but it’s his boyfriend who’s done the dirty on them. He promises the gang that he will sort it out.

A plan is formed and our gang find themselves having to carry out yet another heist despite promising themselves that the diamond heist was the “one last job” before they went on their way and carried on with their lives.

Once again our loveable crew are successful in their quest and steal £3m worth of top Welsh gold… but as they all celebrate their success there’s a loud bang at the door of Bwlch y Gloch and an unwanted visitor charges in… he’s not happy... not happy at all – having been deprived of a lot of money thanks to our gang he wants revenge, big style... how do they get out of this mess?
