It is a film about the Hamas attack on 7th October 2024 and the invasion of Gaza told and filmed by the people directly affected on either side of the border.
Made by the team behind the Emmy and Peabody winning Mariupol: The People’s Story, the film features exclusive footage shot by our Israeli interviewees as they find themselves in the middle of the Hamas outrage and footage shot by our Gazan interviewees as they chart the horror of life and loss under a remorseless assault.
The film will be revelatory in detail, balanced and strictly fact checked, but above all it will be a story of normal people who the audience can relate to, people just like them but who are living in the most extraordinary and dramatic of circumstances. It is available to broadcast just before the one-year anniversary of the start of the conflict in October this year.
