Donal’s adventure sports activities include: kayaking on the River Bann, rock climbing near the Giant’s Causeway, a tough boot camp in Dublin, climbing Ireland’s highest mountain, cycling the stunning Green Way and coasteering in the Atlantic.
During each activity, Donal is accompanied by Dr Brendan Egan an expert in Sport and Exercise Science from University College Dublin. Brendan monitors the impact of each activity on Donal’s body, and keeps count of the calories being burned.
