I, Hostage is a deep-dive series that meets the people who have survived hostage-taking situations. At the mercy of madness, these people have lived to tell the tale of their survival as nerves were frayed and emotions were pushed to the breaking point. Each episode features interviews with survivors who reveal in detail what the seconds, minutes, hours and days felt like from their insider’s vantage point.

These emotionally charged perspectives will be interwoven with the stories of those who came to their aid. From police to firefighters to S.W.A.T. teams, getting innocent people out safely while apprehending the suspect is what their professions are about.
