Commissioned by AMC’s Sundance Now in the U.S. and Channel 5 for the UK, Butchers of L.A. (3 x 60 min.) chronicles the crimes of Patrick Kearney, William Bonin and Randy Kraft, who targeted young men in a series of killings that claimed the lives of over 50 victims between them. While the three killers operated independently from each other, their overlapping methods and victim profiles confounded law enforcement for years.

The docuseries employs in-depth interviews, archival footage and expert analysis to examine the killers’ parallel killing sprees while offering a wider portrait of the dark underbelly of Los Angeles during the era.
